Controls Reviews (The) R.M. Pawnyk Corporation provides periodic controls reviews to customers requesting our assistance. Technical Review The infrastructure review examines the stability, maintenance release level, desktop environment, backup methodology and adequacy, level of virus protection and susceptibility to external hacking or security breaches involving a customer's networking infrastructure. We will provide a list of recommendations based upon our review for software products, hardware changes or procedural improvements that should result in a more secure and stable environment. Accounting System Accounting controls reviews are performed for customers requesting our independent analysis of the checks and balances surrounding the customer's accounting software. At specified intervals, such as month-end or upon request, our review will insure that your assets and liabilities (excluding inventory) are accurate and verifiable between individual subsidiary ledgers and the general ledger. This provides a level of comfort to business owners, knowing that the accounting and bookkeeping activities follow generally accepted balancing principles and that amounts appearing on financial statements are, in fact, correct.
